International Talent Acquisition

What Is a BridgeUSA J-1 Visa?

To participate in an Internship or Management Training program through International Talent Acquisition, all candidates must obtain a J-1 visa. This non-immigrant visa, established by the U.S. government under the Exchange Visitor Program, supports cultural and educational exchange by allowing international university students and young professionals to live and train in the United States for a limited period.

The J-1 Visa program, overseen by the U.S. Department of State, provides structured opportunities for hands-on experience and cultural immersion that align with each participant’s academic or professional background. Learn more on the U.S. Department of State website.
